No — you can check out as a guest with just an email for order updates. An account adds order history, faster checkout and the ability to review products.

Your basket can contain items from different sellers. Our cart splitter groups them so each store packs and ships its own parcel — you pay once, and each shipment is tracked separately on your order page.

By card, on a secure Stripe checkout page. We never see your card details. Each seller is paid out separately once their shipment is on its way.

Use Track your order with the order number from your confirmation email (it looks like ADF-3F9A2C). The order page shows a live timeline: placed → payment confirmed → shipped → delivered.

Delivery is free for any shipment over $50 from a single seller, and pickup orders are always free. Otherwise each shipment carries a flat $4.99 delivery fee.

Sign in and use Start selling — the four-step wizard takes minutes, and our AI helps write your tagline and first listing. Clean stores are verified automatically.

Listing is free. The marketplace deducts a 10% commission from paid orders; everything else is yours, and your dashboard shows gross, commission, net and available balance in real time.

Request a payout of your available balance from the seller dashboard. With Stripe Connect enabled, transfers go straight to your linked bank account.
