Delivery & returns

How your taste of home gets to you, and what to do if something isn't right.

๐Ÿšš Delivery

Each seller packs and ships their own part of your order, so a multi-seller basket arrives as separate parcels, each tracked on your order page. Typical estimates:

  • Diaspora sellers (shipping domestically): 2โ€“4 days standard, 1โ€“2 days express.
  • Continental sellers (shipping internationally): 5โ€“9 days standard, 3โ€“5 days express โ€” customs can add time.
  • Pickup: ready at the seller in 1โ€“2 days, always free.

Delivery is free over $50 per seller; otherwise each shipment carries a flat $4.99 fee. Perishables are packed for transit by the seller โ€” if you won't be home, choose pickup or express.

โ†ฉ๏ธ Returns and refunds

Food is perishable, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns of opened or perishable items. You are fully covered, though, when something is actually wrong:

  • Damaged, spoiled or wrong item โ€” tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and you'll get a replacement or a full refund of that item and its share of delivery.
  • Parcel never arrived โ€” if a shipment isn't marked delivered within double its estimate, contact us for a full refund of that shipment.
  • Unopened shelf-stable items โ€” returnable within 14 days of delivery; return postage is yours unless the seller made the error.

Start with the seller via your order page; if it isn't resolved within 3 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll step in. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5โ€“10 business days of approval.

๐ŸŒ Customs and import rules

International food shipments can be subject to your country's import restrictions (meat, dairy and fresh produce are commonly restricted). Sellers label contents accurately; any import duties are the buyer's responsibility. If customs rejects a properly declared shipment, we'll refund the items.
